Changes to the Divorce Act – Effective March 1, 2021

Effective March 1, 2021 the Divorce Act of 1985 will be getting its first substantial update since coming into force.  Our Family Law group has compiled a brief overview of some of the major changes below.  These are issues such as custody and access, relocation and family violence, which are reposted below.
