C. Kelsey O’Brien will represent Saskatchewan on the YRMC panel for the upcoming Risk Management Counsel of Canada live webinar on Tuesday, March 26th at 1:00 pm EDT (12:00 pm Saskatchewan Time). This YRMC webinar is for new claims handlers and adjusters. The panel will discuss the factors that are used to calculate compensation for loss of income due to accidents or injuries. The panel will also explore legal requirements and strategies to employ when future earning capacity claims are brought by self-represented litigants.
