McKercher LLP lawyers James T. Sproule and Bruce Harrison, involved in the Saskatchewan Joint-Use Schools

Saskatoon partner, James T. Sproule and associate, Bruce Harrison were involved in the Saskatchewan Joint-Use Schools project that reached financial close August 20, 2015.  According to an article by Lexpert, these P3 projects, with a present value at $635 million and include 18 elementary schools and 9 joint-use facilities, are design, build, finance and maintain public-private partnerships, each with an operations period of 30 years from service. McKercher LLP represented Wright Construction Western Inc. and its parent in the deal.
