Join guest speaker John Lande, Isidore Loeb Professor Emeritus, University of Missouri School of Law as he describes benefits and risks of the legal system.  He will suggest ways that lawyers can help clients avoid or reduce harm from engaging in litigation.  He also will discuss ways that lawyers and law students can reduce the harm to themselves from participating in intense conflict and competition in legal practice and education.
