Kit McGuinness, Katherine S. Melnychuk and Kelsey O’Brien have joined the partnership!

Kit maintains a litigation practice with particular emphasis on labour and employment law and commercial litigation.  He is in the Saskatoon office.

Katherine’s practice focuses on insurance law, defence of liability matters, defence of health care professionals, and employment law.  She is in the Regina office.

Kelsey practices in the area of civil litigation with a focus on health law, insurance law, and professional disciplinary matters. She is in the Saskatoon office.
