Jordan is an associate in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office.

Jordan was called to the bar in Saskatchewan and Alberta in 2017. He assisted clients in both provinces for eight years with a local law firm in Lloydminster before joining McKercher LLP in 2024.

Jordan has a solicitor’s practice that focuses on employer side Immigration Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Indigenous Governance and Economic Development, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

His immigration practice is national in scope and focuses on advising companies and educational institutions on international employee, executive and management recruitment, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and International Mobility Program exemptions, Provincial Nominee Programs in Saskatchewan (SINP) and across Canada, Express Entry applications, intra-company transferees from foreign affiliates and subsidiaries, CUSMA, CETA and other international treaties.

In his time at McKercher LLP, Jordan has assisted and advised First Nations, their related entities, and Indigenous partners on corporate, commercial, business acquisitions, and real estate matters.

Prior to attending law school, Jordan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geography and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Toxicology from the University of Saskatchewan.

Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys spending time travelling the world with his lovely wife, Nicole. Annoyingly for Nicole, Jordan always tries to sneak in a live sporting event or two along their travels.
