Samantha has nearly a decade of experience in corporate law and more than ten years of experience in the legal field. She has experience with corporate reorganizations and complex transactions for federal and provincial for-profit and non-profit incorporations and organizations, and ongoing corporate maintenance and governance. She assists with corporate matters throughout all stages of a transaction, including preparing corporate and transactional documentation, maintaining corporate records, coordinating registrations and filings, and attending to closing and post-closing matters.
