Svetlana is a Real Estate Paraprofessional in the Regina office.
Svetlana assists lawyers and clients with real estate files, mainly in Commercial Real Estate. She has extensive knowledge of the Saskatchewan Land Registry, Personal Property Registry and Accounting. Svetlana's duties include preparing real estate documents for finance, purchase, sale, subdivision, and refinance transactions relating to commercial, farmland and residential files. Svetlana deals directly with clients and financing institutions throughout the transaction until completion. Svetlana also conducts Due Diligence searches in Mergers and Acquisition files.
Svetlana joined McKercher LLP in 2013 as an accounting technician and moved to Commercial Real Estate in 2018.
